BSTP Extraordinary General Meeting
An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the British Society of Toxicological Pathology.

Details

When? Monday 30 March 2026, 11:00 to 11:30
Members Only This is a members-only event
Where? Zoom (Virtual)

An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the British Society of Toxicological Pathology will be held virtually on Monday 30 March 2026, from 11:00 to 11:30 BST.

The purpose of this meeting is for the membership to vote on the approval of the amended BSTP Constitution. As you may recall, the BSTP Council presented proposed amendments at the 2025 Annual General Meeting. A few comments were raised during that meeting, and the Council has since incorporated those updates into the revised version. The EGM has therefore been convened to seek formal approval from the membership.

For your reference, please review the following documents in advance of the meeting:
• Previous version of the Constitution
• Amended Constitution (for approval)
• Draft Minutes of the 2025 AGM

If you have any comments or questions regarding the amended Constitution or the AGM minutes, please contact the Honorary Secretary at membership@bstp.org.uk as soon as possible and no later than 16 March 2026.

Please note: The EGM itself will be reserved solely for voting.
